Sun State specializes in conducting professional, full home estate and moving sales for clients and their families. Set up, researching and pricing, marketing and advertising, and clean up of each sale is included. 

Our experienced appraisers can provide accurate valuations for all types of estate items, including rare and valuable pieces. Jewelry, firearms, collectibles, and vehicles are all appraised for local market value before being listed for sale. 

Not every situation is fit for an in-home, in-person sale. Sun State has outlets and relationships that can help in these situations. after our consultation we can determine how best to reach your liquidation goals. 

Clients receive automated, digitally recorded POS sales reports that summarize the details of their sale. Audio and video monitoring of the premises enhances security and helps prevent theft. 

Sun State has the equipment and hard working staff to clear a property of unsellable, or unusable items that are also not fit for donation.  We also offer document shredding services. 

Estate and moving sales always have a small portion of left over items. Our team is happy to compile these items and deliver them to a local donation center. A donation sheet is made available for the client.
